• Change of direct debit: To change the direct debit for your payroll, you must complete and electronically sign the document. “Direct debit form” .

• Change of tax data and calculation of personal income tax: To communicate personal data relating to tax information and calculation of the withholding rate in the monthly payroll, the following must be completed and electronically signed: “Form 145” .

• Change of withholding tax rate: To request a withholding tax rate higher than the legally established rate, the following form must be completed and electronically signed: “Request to change withholding”.
